"I am giving a 5-star rating primarily because of Amber's exceptional service yesterday. I had an urgent request from a client that required red and black balloons within a limited budget and tight timeframe. When I entered Party City without a clear idea, I approached the counter and unintentionally asked for balloons that had already been purchased by another customer. Two young men dismissively directed me towards another customer when I inquired about the specific colors I needed. Despite eventually finding the balloons, there were issues with the wrong shapes and one balloon popped during helium filling. The process of returning and exchanging the items was met with difficulty as one of the employees insisted on payment of 1 cent for the correct exchange, causing unnecessary frustration. This led to an argument between the two male employees, prompting me to request the manager's intervention. Amber stepped in to assist me promptly and efficiently, resolving the issue professionally. It appears that additional training in customer service may be beneficial for the two young men involved in the prior interactions."

"Went into this location today as I had ordered balloons off Amazon that I needed blown up. There was a guy sitting down on his phone, as the other workers were in a circle talking amongst themselves. Told the guy that I needed my balloons blown up, and was ok with being charged for the air. And if he could show me how to put the stick and plastic base on, he stated he didn’t know how. Asked me to come to the register, which I did. That’s when a heavy set light skin chic walks up The guy was acting as if he was unsure of himself and got the light skin girls attention, instead of having him explain what I needed I proceeded too. Explained to her that I’d gotten a ballon from Party City the day before (5.30 plus tax for 1) it was NOT what I needed. So I ordered some from Amazon (5.90 plus tax for 10) and all I needed was for them to be blown up. She quickly states that the ones I bought from Amazon are going to pop blah blah blah they blow them up often and they pop all the time etc. And that they aren’t circle either etc etc So I say well where is the clear CIRCLE ballon’s, because I tried getting them here and it was wrong!! So after a slight dialog back and forth. I left because I was BEYOND ANNOYED!! Go to Michael’s and get an air pump, come home and sure enough the Amazon ones were EXACTLY what I needed, they blew up just fine and my project is BEAUTIFUL and guess what the one I got from Party City is the one that POPPED and it was bigger in size than the ones I got off Amazon!! Won’t be visiting this location ever again!! Know it All Nancy’s that clearly don’t know shyt and this is the second time I came in and workers are talking amongst themselves, on their phones and give super attitude when a customer asks for assistance!! But based off of other reviews this is a COMMON issue!!"

"Staff was very helpful when I went there a few day days before Halloween looking for a specific costume for my 10 year old son. I looked everywhere for that costume and couldn’t find it. So a staff member seen that I was frustrated and he kindly found what I had been looking for all along. From beginning to end of my visit at this location my experience was pleasant."
