"The fish was salty, the tacos could've been better, they were dry, and we couldn't get the proper condiments to go with the food we ordered. There weren't enough servers to wait on everyone. The one young lady was all over the place. This was my first visit on a Tuesday, and I'm scared to come back for a second visit. The customer service wasn't what I expected."

"This was our second time upstairs. Markia was such a great waitress! If you come to cascade make sure you ask for her. great energy & very attentive! Food, drinks, service 10/10 we will definitely be back."

"This was a terrible experience! Everyone left very much frustrated because of the dis function and poor management. We waited a little bit to be greeted and seated. When we asked several staff members about seating we were either ignored or told to wait. Finally got seated, the drinks that were ordered took about 30 minutes to come out and didn’t seem like the bartenders knew what they were making. We ordered food, but took OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF just to get 1 out of 8 plates to the table. When we called for the manager he offered us a free tower of alcohol to compensate for the delay which doesn’t add up to the 3 hours we spent waiting on food and for our food to come out 1 by 1. We were told our food was done when in fact it wasn’t. The excuse of having another large party is what set them back is not an excuse. Large groups are to be expected for a lounge/restaurant if it was an issue of being short staffed or whatever the case may be, that could’ve been explained. Instead the manager said “when you taste our food you’ll understand why it takes long” sorry but that’s not ok. The food wasn’t enjoyed because of how long we waited and they even forgot one of our plates on top of that. Our server herself was getting frustrated because of the disorganization and it wasn’t her fault that our fist time experience wasn’t a good one. She apologized and tried to get things straightened out for us which was appreciated. Most likely not coming back it just didn’t seem like the manager was trying to take accountability for the inconvenience and it definitely costed him customers."

"Nyasha is wonderful, she has great customer service and even better customer care. I love that she comes by my office periodically to check on us. I haven't visited the venue but he food is amazing. I had the bourbon glazed salmon, AMAZING!!!"

"I have enjoyed food from the Marquis Lounge about 4 times, now. Every time has been excellent especially today. I went to get food for the picky child that I was babysitting. He wanted Salmon but he claimed that he was not hungry so I thought I was going to share one meal. I got the Cajun Salmon, Mac and Cheese and Rice and Peas. I took one bite then ordered another one. It was soooo delicious! It is definitely worth the visit. The atmosphere is so nice. They host karaoke night, game night, etc. My waitress Nyasha gave me everything I needed to satisfy me and my stomach. I will definitely be having food from here a 5th time, soon. I will definitely leave pictures on my next review."
