"I went in to get a set soaked off and a new set on, only to have the man take a nail tip and rip my acrylics from my nail bed. This was after discussing with my nail tech that I've been growing out my natural nails and he suggested a dip powder. After painfully ripping off my acrylics from one hand he proceeded to cut my natural nails. There are dents all over my nail beds and my nails are ruined. I won't be able to to anything to them for months. If you're going to go to a chop shop, this is NOT the one. They still had the audacity to charge FIFTEEN DOLLARS for their work. I would avoid this place like the plague."

"Let me state why I’m giving one star I came here to get a pedicure and a full set of nail usually they are done at the same time … the lady that was doing my pedicure was very attentive and polite she definitely got a twenty buck tip from me her name is kimE.. I came in for both and walked out with only one service done because both nail techs refuse to do my nails when they found out I only wanted a full set with only one nail with art they got so upset and being to pass me off to different nail techs totally unprofessional and shows they not for the customer ..I can definitely go across the way to mrs. Kim shop at pearl nails …. I’m just saying I won’t return here again sorry kimE you were awesome"

"If the app allowed it, zero stars would be given. I arrived at the salon yesterday evening as a walk-in & I left extremely disappointed. Although, very nice people the quality of work is not what I was expecting. The lady redid my toes twice & they still look like a kindergartner painted them & the same with my nails. A man told me to come back today & he'd do them himself but I don't think I'll be returning. I paid $75 only to be left unsatisfied. Checking the reviews is imperative. Photos"
