"Very unsanitary. I got a foot infection twice from them not cleaning their foot tubs. They just keep replacing the bags and were not willing to clean the tub for me. The bags don’t protect you from being exposed to other parts of the foot tub that are exposed from each person’s feet and any infections and fungus they may have had. I kindly asked them several times to clean the foot tub and they kept saying they passed inspection so I guess that means they can continue doing unsanitary things and exposing people to a foot fungus. I came to another nail salon and they gladly cleaned the part that was exposed for me. My daughter and I had been going to this salon for over a year but they just lost a loyal customer."
"This has been my regular salon for a little over a year. Since I’ve started the quality of service has been dwindling little by little. The pictures are of my natural nails with SNS. They were done less than 3 weeks ago and EIGHT (8) nails have cracks in them, 2 of them being deep enough to cause pain. This is not quality work and I don’t appreciate not getting what I’ve paid for. I will not be coming back here."
