"Do not go to this place! The service has gone down down down! They have high turnover, tech here this week and then gone by your next visit. It took them an hour just to soak my feet 1st red flag, then I sensed I should leave after the tech used a half filled bottle of polish which I asked if he should replace it and he said no and the poor quality of the polish clearly reflected on my feet. I was so done I paid and told the lead all the events that transpired she just looked in shocked as I told her to keep the money and I will not be returning."

"Highly unrecommended. Very unprofessional. I set an appointment at 1 pm arrived on time to be asked can I come back. After I made it clear I made an appointment they sat me down and filed my nails down so thin and used acetone after I told her a fill in five times. She insisted a full set and I don’t know why. She stops filing my nails to help train a girl on painting nails. I still find the patience to wait. Customers walk in and she sits one down for a pedicure and starts on her feet without saying a word to me. I’ve been in the salon at this point for 45 minutes and have gotten nothing but 1 messed up hand and terrible customer service. Serving a customer who should wait above one with an appointment is self sabotaging. I’ve come here once before to get them done, tipped well and was prepared to make this the Salon I’d continually frequent but not after this terrible experience. I walked out as is. Lack of customer caring. Only an ok experience if no one is in the salon and you’re the only customer. Wish I could give zero stars. Will never return to this establishment and recommend against them."

"I went today and tried them out. I got a full set with deluxe pedicure. They only had 3 people working. 1 lady was doing nails and the other 2 were doing pedicures. Regardless of how busy they remained professional and courteous. I would definitely go back."

"These are the rudest people that I have EVER encountered. I have been going here on and off since I was a little girl with my mom and older sister. Both my mom and sister stopped going because of the lack of customer service skills and one of the workers calling my sister a BOY! I on the other hand continued to go when in town from college since it is few times. Today not only was my service terrible but they also proceeded to talk shii about me in their native language. When I expressed that I didn’t feel welcomed and no longer wanted to continue my service the “main lady” ANN proceeded to quite literally yell at me like I was wrong for how I was feeling. Personally I’m not spending my money anywhere I’m not treated with respect. Go to Pearl Nails!!!!!!"
