"I got a pedicure with gel polish a week ago. I noticed discoloration on my toes and immediately went to the salon to have it removed! The staff continued to make it seem as if I had done something to cause the discoloration! Suggesting maybe my shoes were too tight! WTH! I haven't even worn any closed toe shoes! I initially thought it was from polish contamination. However, it's clear after having them remove the polish, which might I add was removed totally with a drill, that my toes were burned from overuse of the drill! My nail beds are so uneven when I feel them! Ladies, beware! I won't be returning for services and hope that it won't take forever for my toenails to grow back strong & even! They tried not to compensate me for this but I pressed! Ridiculous! UPDATE: 2 years later, and the nails on my big toes still have not grown back correctly! Damage to my nail beds from the drill obviously caused them not to ever grow back correctly. DON'T RISK IT!"

"I’ve been in with my mother in law a few times and all of the staff is so sweet and good at what they do! I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they nailed it! The shape and length is perfect. My mother in law also had a cut on her foot from new shoes, and they were very careful and covered it with a band-aid too. They go above and beyond!"

"Overall good experience. The shape and color was as I expected. I got SNS nails and she nicked my cuticles a few times though. I also did not expect to walk out with the blue still under my fingernail and on my fingers. Pedicure was great an atmosphere it's good as well."
