"Nothing has ever been that serious for me to right a review however, the woman doing my nails got extremely upset and cut my nails off then left the other hand with undone tips. She also tried to charge extra to shape the nail as well. I try to be extremely respectful to people who work service jobs so this experience really came out the blue and it was my first time there. Maybe she had a bad day but being that mean to a customer is insane. A co-worker ended up taking the tips off which was nice. But overall I'm 10000% not coming back."
