"AMAZING experience! I needed my nails done asap. Came here today as a walk in for a pedicure and acrylic full set. I was greeted immediately and seated for service. My time was both relaxing and pleasant. I showed my tech Henry a pic of what I was going for and he did a precise job! The work is exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back."

"If you don’t have an hour or more to WAIT to be called .. I do not recommend. Nice big nail salon but literally only 3 people ever working here. They favorite line is “ten more minutes” like stop y’all have to do better for real. Then they half step on they’re work . Prices went up $5 also . Pearl Nails on centerville the best ask for Kimberly! Update 8/10/2022 Just spoke with the owner and he literally called me a liar.. SADLY he was the one I was waiting on. Bad business arguing with customers ! Lol you can’t keep using your short staffed when you guys been running the place with 3 people since you opened . Get it together!"

"*6/3 Update: Unable to reply to owners response. I am no longer in town so I’m unable to come in for nails to be fixed. I called to speak with the owner and was told they were too busy for me to speak with her and then was hung up on when I asked for a refund on services. * 6/1 Update: it’s now 6 days after service and 4/10 nails have huge cracks in them. I am not hard on my nails. This is completely ridiculous. I would like a full refund and some kind of response from this business. * In town for a wedding and went to get my nails done here. I called before going to ensure they had availability, which I was told they did when doing so. When I arrived I waited over 20 minutes to even start doing the hand soak. I got powder dip nails and they are all very uneven, the actual manicure was barely even five minutes, my cuticles look terrible and two days after having my nails done they are chipping. (I did a light pink color, no designs, or long tips) For $50 none the less..I do NOT recommend this business for this type of nail style."
