One lady cut my toenail completely crooked then got upset when you say you aren't paying full price. Also had paint all over my toes which I feel is very fundamental. Do better."

"I went to this shop on a Wednesday thinking it would not be too crowded and I was right. It didn't seem like I would have to wait long. There were some customers getting their nails done but none getting pedicures. I was asked if I could be helped and I asked for a pedicure and signed my name on the sign up list. I sat down and waited...and waited...and waited.... Thirty minutes later I decided to leave. If there is going to be a long wait, just tell your customers. The fact that no one said anything to me was quite annoying. All pedicure chairs were open and I came into the shop 2 hours before closing time. I moved to the area recently and have not found a regular nail salon and decided to try this place after getting recommendations from a neighbor. Do not waste your time here."
