"Been in there several times to get pedicure and nails done and each time they say that I’m gonna have to wait or come back. So, I just recently called to make an appointment, almost 2 weeks ahead of time and just before I go on a cruise, but now, the time I needed, she said they already have several appointments at that time… again, almost 2 weeks out…..so I’m done with this place. Jenny… You all need to learn better customer service, and how to work with other peoples schedule, and/or either hire more nail techs!!!!! Very disappointed!!!"

"Save yourself some time and look for somewhere else to get your nails done. Was in there for 3 hours, the lady doing my nails couldn’t seem to color inside the lines, she got to the last coat and then started grinding them down without saying anything. I understand mistakes happen, but she took the “easy” way out with just about everything she was doing. Rather than using acetone to get the polish of my skin she over cut my cuticles and over grinded my nails and in the process broke 2 of them. I also lost count of the amount of times the lady made my cuticles bleed. I finally ended up tell her that I needed to leave and that I wasn’t happy with my nails. She “finished” talking the nail polish off and said to pay up front. The lady up front said if I was in a rush to tell them next time, and then charged me 20. I didn’t get acrylics or dip powder or anything fancy, just a gel manicure, having to leave after 3 hours of getting my nails worked on is not a rush. I even went to another salon after leaving there and the lady there laughed at my nails because she was under the impression that I had tried to do them at home."
