"I typically do not write reviews, but my daughter an I went here based on the good reviews she saw here and I must say, we were HIGHLY disappointed. We both showed Kevin photos of the Christmas designs we wanted and He assured us they could do them; he quoted me $35 for what I wanted yet while in the process the girl working on my nails (Gel) did one nail on each hand with a design, not at all what Kevin stated she could do based on what I wanted and the photo I showed him of a Santa hat (she said something about needing a powder to build it up which she didn't have or didn't want to do, i'm unsure about that part). So after finishing that one design, I asked about the other nails and pulled up the photo again with the snowflakes, she told me at that point I was at $30 with what she'd done, I told her Kevin quoted me $35 for EVERYTHING, but she proceeded to put white dots on top of the santa hat and then the top coat. I was not satisfied with her Santa hat design and when she put white dots over the hat to make snow I was confused! Made NO SENSE because she didn't put the snowflakes or snow for that matter on any other nail, it was hideous and sloppy work for any nail artist! I usually get compliments on my nails from people, even on simple french manicures, but not this time, not one person made a comment on these nails! The young guy who did my pedicure burned my calf TWICE, in the same spot, with the same rock! Never apologized, nor offer up any sympathy; just went about his business, speaking with the woman (about I am not sure because he wasn't speaking English). Two days later, I had one broken nail and by the third day two other with chipped nail polish. My daughter, the nail polish chipped and yesterday on the third day ALL of her nails split/broke off, Kevin did her nails (Gel), it is really shocking to me the lack of quality. I don't know if it was the type of polish or old polish or what but we both used the same gel polish (red glitter gel). She was treating that day, so I was warming the car while she was paying and I found out after we left the woman (I asked her her name and even asked her to write it down but she never told me her name) charged her $35 for my nails anyway, stating it was french tips and that cost more!!! At that point I wanted to scream. These people lied, are careless, and do not provide what they promise, nor quality or care for their services, steer clear. I can only say about the previous reviews, they have either gone when Kevin and his crew are having a good day, OR Kevin and his crew only care about existing clients and do not wish to satisfy new clients."

"Wont be visiting again. I went here 6 days ago. My polish is already chipping, my pedicure was average - but shaping was not my nail tech's forte. My toes as well as hands were requested to be squared. My toenails ended up uneven (didnt notice until I got home). He attempted to make my nails square so much, they ended up in a coffin-ish shape instead. He was really slow. The place wasn't messy - but could still use a good deep cleaning. Pricing was good though (gel fill in & pedicure was $45 total). But all in all, I wasn't pleased"
