"The owner ripped the fake nails off my hands one by one without explaining why, without soaking nothing! she was rude!. She said my nails were old, and they weren’t! None of my nails were lifting. They(“owner” )talk about you in another language when talking about your nails, which is disrespectful and so uncomfortable. They’re aim is to charge you unnecessarily at every corner . I only wished I took a picture of my chapped feet the same day I got a pedicure from them as well. Mediocre service with raised pricing and low customer service! Consumer beware, don’t let them them scam you too."
"Today was my first time there and it was no wait. Walked right in and sat down for a mani and pedi. Loren did amazing on my hands ! Got the deluxe pedi and my feet feel brand new. Friendly service . Met the owner, Traci she’s so sweet! Think I found my new favorite salon (:"
"Love ❤️ ❤️ everyone there! Loren is my go to nail technician for everything! I’ve been using holiday nails since 1997, I’ve moved and went elsewhere but never received the care and quality anywhere else. I’ll never go anywhere else again. Even with new ownership the place has just improved. Love the entire staff!! This was my spring time is coming nail set today!!"
"People were nice but nails were a bit overpriced for the experience I had. I’d say it was a bit of a painful experience. The guy had done my cuticles to where they were sore for the rest of the time he was working on my nails. On top of that the guy had actually ended up cutting me with one of the clippers. Then while working he would also accidentally put acetone on the wound to where I felt like my thumb was nothing but stinging. So needless to say, I don’t think I’ll come back again. The picture posted are day 2 of my solar tip manicure."
"Nothing special here. Same basic nail shop that treats us like they’re working on an assembly line. I just happened to be in the area and decided to stop in here for a spa pedicure that cost me $20! (that’s a little high for my taste). Be careful not to stick your feet in the water without testing it yourself, the young man who cleans the foot tub for the next client was rushing and made me put my feet in very hot water! If you go on a weekend, prepare to wait. They will tell you to pick out your color but don’t get too excited, as they will not tell you there is a long wait. Also, don’t think because you finally get to sit in a chair that your wait is over, they make you sit until someone is available. I saw a few people get impatient and leave during my visit. Also, was surprised to see so many men working. Not a problem for me, but first time a man has ever done my feet before at one of these nail shops. He wasn’t the friendliest (didn’t seem to speak English very well) but he did a decent job and I especially loved the foot & leg rub...However, I felt he was trying to up-sell me too much on other services. If I ask for a pedicure, just do my feet please!"
