"i was a bit hesitant to write this review because i love this place and consistently come here monthly for my maintenance when it comes to nails. but recently my last experience was not great. i would like to start off by saying that there are many workers here that simply do not want to be there, understandable, but it is still your job to complete a service well that we are paying for. i personally love tori, i will say she is the absolute best there as well as tony. everyone else is average at most. besides that, my last experience was interesting because i went in just for an acrylic nail removal with the intention of coming in another day to get my usual service done. i don’t know who did the service for me that day but she is a taller slender woman and usually is rather serious and doesn’t even greet you. whatever i don’t mind that as long as my service is done the way i need it to be done. the acrylic nail removal includes removing the nails, buffing, cutting the nail to a desired shape, AND adding clear polish at the end which she did not offer to do for me or do at all. she sent me off to wash my hands and only said that i was done meanwhile she was missing a whole step of the process. alright i didn’t say anything cause i was like whatever im coming in soon anyways, well she charges me $15. and to that i was shocked because again i have been coming here for well over a year now and i’ve done this service before and it’s always been $10. i don’t see why it would need to be an extra $5 when there were no extra products used on me during the process. in reality she actually decided to skip a whole part of the process. and because this service isn’t on the menu i didn’t make a fuss about it and paid but unfortunately didn’t tip. i was planning on it, but because she already had an attitude from the beginning when she found out she was doing this service for me and on top of that didn’t bother to completely do the service for me AND charged me $5 more just because she felt like it was wild to me. don’t lose loyal customers for an extra 5 bucks. i will continue to come here but only for tori. i advice booking in advance to have your services done by someone who will do them right and care about you as a customer."

"Always get the best service here! Love "the bomb pedicure," but a simple pedi is great, too. Manicures and eyebrow waxing are fabulous, too. My daughter brought in a picture for her gel nail design, and they did it!"
