"Guo Guo (or Gigi pronounced in English) is an absolute delight & true professional. I loved the ability to look at offered services on her website & book online, as well as being able to text any questions. The spa itself was easy to find, plus very clean & tranquil. Love love LOVE how she served hot tea while we discussed what I was wanting from this facial while filling out the typical paperwork. Such a wonderful touch to experience Asian hospitality! The facial was better than I had expected. I loved how she explained what she was doing/applying & why, esp with the gauze mask. The invigorating scalp, arms, & hands massage was EXACTLY what my tense body needed to release stress & then was able to relax. She put me completely at ease. The way we were chatting & joking around, I felt like we've been friends forever. My hubby commented on how I was in such a fabulous mood when I left Far East Beauty Spa (not to mention also having glowing skin) & has offered to treat me to another service in January. ❤️ Yay!!
