"Just came here for the first time for an SNS manicure and it is the only manicure I have ever gotten in my life that has stayed perfectly! It is also an unbeatable price. There is zero lifting, which is always annoying because it will pull my hair when it does that. Theirs is still perfectly in place with no chipping or cracking in sight and it’s already been 2 weeks! I also have small tips on and even after opening and closing children’s car seats all the time, kneading dough and cooking, assembling holiday gifts, and washing my very coarse hair… they are in the same condition as when I left the salon! They also did the manicure quickly, but well. You can also make an appointment if you’re worried about waiting. I will be returning for sure."

"I love the lady who did my nails. She took her time and did not rush on my pedicure. But the problem is, they don’t have enough people here to work. If you come here after work, just know you may have an hour wait. Definitely, don’t come here on a Saturday, you might not get a chair. I just feel like if that’s the case I might as well just go across the street to the other nail salon that has 10 people working. I will get seen a lot faster. They only have three people working here. So sometimes when I come in I want to get my nails done, I don’t mind waiting 20 minutes, but they will ask you, “can you come back tomorrow?” I just don’t come back. I think that is very unprofessional. I know they are losing a lot of money. Why not just invest in an additional employee? Also, you want to get some more upbeat music. It doesn’t have to be hard-core rap or rock out music, but something a little bit more upbeat. Every time I come here, the music puts me to sleep. Then I look around and it’s a lot of older people, nursing home vibes. Not to mention there’s not a lot of customer activity. Kind of feels like a desert. But if you’re looking for a place that has great customer service, technique, and will not rush your pedicure. Then this is the place."
