"My mother and I have been going to V Salon for over 2 years. The service and price keep us coming back. I always get a pedicure and they make sure my ingrown toe nails are always completely removed. My mother always gets SNS and the nails last for weeks. No chipping, no breaking no cracking. One thing I like the most about the salon is that the nail tech do not talk amongst themselves loudly. It's very nice. The owner always remembers us by name, and speaks kindly at each visit."

"I’ve been visiting this establishment for about a year now. Although they lack consistency due to different technicians to do your nails every 2 weeks but overall the service was satisfying. I often was turned off by the lack of friendliness and cavalier attitude the manager would have but I overlooked her since she seldom services any clients. The other young women seem to be-nice just spoke little English so you really don’t know. Hard to communicate. I came in last week and got my normal pedicure and sns. Two days later I came back to show the manager that the filling on my nails were cracking. I assumed from the quality of the product. We agreed for me to come back the following week since I was leaving town. Before I could get back my nails continue to crack and broke off in less than a week. I came back so they could fix the mishap. She offered to remove the sns and suggested I just get regular polish and give my nails a break. I agreed. I’m upset because this lady charged me for $10. Its not the amount it’s the principle of standing behind you services. I asked her why would she do that when the service I initially paid for did not meet the standard and work I paid for. She spoke in her native language and said “No” I had to pay. Horrible attitude and service. Too many nail salons to ever go back here to receive such treatment. POOR customer service!!!!!!"

"As I got my nails done they chatted around me and the prices changed with every question. For example, nail tech said is this length okay. Then the owner walked up and said $5 more, I had them cut to the length the price was first quoted. Another young lady opposite race was offered water and treated better. Although I paid for more services. #neveragain"

"I’ve went to them before and was a returning customer until today. I went to get a pedicure and waited an hour. They do not disinfect between customers. They did not clean the foot spa and just put plastic over it. There was nail clippings on the seat and I told her it wasn’t clean, she just wiped it with her hands. I asked her does she use disinfectant spray between clients and she said no. I then told her that’s ok and she walked away."

"Went in for a pedicure and fill in nails. After the pedicure had been started, she came to look at my nails. Went to call manager on the phone and came back to say that none of the 4 stylist did not know how to fill in with pink and white. Waste of my time. Would never recommend."
