"I wish I paid more attention to the reviews because the way they responded to the bad ones speaks a lot about the business. I definitely should have left after feeling the woman in the front was slightly rude, seeing how empty they were on a Saturday, and being disappointed by the lack of nail color options. The shape of my finger and toe nails is odd and there are lines in each of my fingernails that look like scratches which I assume is due to the way the SNS powder was applied. The paint job on my toes is bad too. 2 stars because the women who did my nails were friendly, pricing is reasonable, and they were clean. In reply to their response, I went to 5th Nail Lounge in McDonough. The pictures were not taken in the nail salon and were 8.5 days later. The new growth is common for me, the nail shape & those lines are the issues. Perhaps I was not provided all of the SNS colors, I guess I should have asked if there were more a 2nd time (I asked once and was provided a 2nd set)."

"I have been going to this salon for a few months now. I get my nails done by Charlie who is amazing. I called yesterday to set up an appointment this Friday for my mother. I called today to ask to be added to her appointment to have my nails, that I just had done on Friday, fixed because of chipping. The person who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She advises me that she did not see an appointment and keeps giving me attitude when I tried to explain the situation. Its not my fault that whoever answered the phone did not add the information to the books. Instead of listening to me so that we can fix the mistake, she becomes very combative and starts cutting me off. Its not my fault the people in your shop cant do their job! She then proceeds to hang up the phone and when I call back, she picks up and hangs up again. That is childish. If you do not know how to handle conflict as an adult and business owner, that is sad. This could have been resolved professionally. Needless to say I wont be visiting again. I really did like Charlie but I can spend my money elsewhere."

"This was my first time coming to 5th Nail Lounge and I had a great experience! I came on a Monday evening around 5PM and was seated right away. I don’t know the name of my nail tech, but she did an amazing job and was really nice! She also waxed my eyebrows and made them look perfect. Altogether, my total was $90 + tip which I think is a reasonable price! I will definitely be coming back again."
