"My nails were $38. An old gentleman did my nails and they are horrible. He was aggressive when drilling them he was so aggressive that my nails were bleeding, and when he told me to go wash my hands, my nails were burning. The middle finger on my right hand I accidentally messed up but the bleeding came from him and the rest of my nails he did and they look as is. I wanted to not pay them. I was trying to look around for their policy on refunds however, I did not see one. I will be going back to discuss this with them and hopefully I can get my refund because 20 minutes after I saw my nails, I started crying because of how hurt horrible they are and because of how much they hurt, the people are nice but their skills lack. I wanted matte on my nails, and as you can see, they are not completely covered. They still have shine to them when I wanted them completely matte. I wanted a small design on them as well however, he cannot draw so I said OK that is fine. My nail still hurts and it hasn’t even been a whole hour. My nails are not completely covered with the paint not to mention when it was time to pay, they still had paint around them, because he did not clean up the paint around the cuticles, or on my hands. Again, they are nice people but the skills lack. The best thing is you don’t have to pay taxes. I do not recommend."

"I went in and spoke with Mike. I said you guys have loads of bad reviews, and I'm a little timid about getting my nails done here. He let me decide and since he could take me right away, I took a chance. I was NOT disappointed!! He was a great conversationalist, and gave me the exact nail look I wanted. I will be back!"

"Nails barely lasted 4 days. This is day 4. They looked terrible from the start. They did my nails and they were completely uneven and bumpy. She filed them down and applied more polish and they still looked bad. We were in town for a wedding. The older man that did my sister's and did a terrible job as well. His own nails were filthy dirty. They got polish on our hands and instead of using remover to get it off they filed our skin. I don't think either of the older people have license to do this.The younger guy that was running the place got into an argument with one of the older women and went on and on. Not sure what was said because of the foreign language but it was really annoying having to sit there and listen to them for so long. I do not recommend this place."

"Horrible experience... first the massage chairs are broken. The nail tech never asked me what shape would I like my nails, she just shaped them square when they were rounded. I explained I wanted them rounded three times and she dismissed me. So, when I showed her what I wanted she told me to finish since I’m doing a good job. I then said that's what I’m paying you for and I’ll go elsewhere if you can’t accommodate my request. She then fixed them to rounded with an attitude. Now today only 48 hours later the polish is chipping off... never again will I go here."
