"Since the attention arrived it was confusing and bad, I stayed because my manicure was urgent but I didn't like the result. Besides, a manicure that is supposed to last 3 weeks doesn't take me a week. There is no hygiene in the premises and in the implements."

"I came here for the first time yesterday as a walk-in appointment and they took me immediately. The woman who did my nails was very nice. When I got home I realized they were a little thicker than I liked and that one hand had slightly longer nails. I called back and asked if I could come back the next day and they said yes. They fixed it free of charge and were very nice about it. I’ll definitely be coming back :)"

"I really appreciated being able to walk in and get service within 5 minutes without an appointment. Promise was the sweetest nail tech ever!! However, I believe the nail polish we used was old - it bubbled sometime after it was applied and left holes in the polish, and then almost all of the nails cracked and chipped within two days. Very disappointing because I love this color. I got them done Saturday night - these pictures are from this morning (Thursday, about 4 days later)."

"I will preface this by saying I have never had an issue at this salon except for this one time. This first picture is what I wanted and the second picture is what I got. I asked for silver 4 times before I gave up. This is not what I wanted at all as you can tell by the photo difference. Edit** I called the salon and informed them what happened. They were more than happy to fix my nails for me at no extra cost. The third photo is my nails after they were fixed and they are exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased now. The nail tech that fixed my nails was wonderful."
