"I will not be coming back , US nails is usually my go to place for my eyebrows and toes but not after today’s experience. I set a reservation for my mom and I and was not serviced until 30 minutes after our appointment time . My toes were started first and my moms were not started until an hour and a half after our appointment time ; while others came in after us and were still serviced before my mom. Our expected 1 hour visit turned into a 2 1/2 hour visit resulting in us missing our mother’s day dinner reservation . Even after all the waiting and obvious displeasure, we still had to pay full price. I will not be recommending or visiting this salon going forward ."

"I had SNS done here and it was the absolute WORST I've ever had in my entire life. My nails are embarrassing! They are clumpy and not shaped well. They nail tech was so super nice but omg she cannot do SNS nails AT ALL! I wasted $40 because now I have to immediately get them redone elsewhere! So upset."

They were and are so sloppy. There's residue all over my hand . My sns powder is all caked up on my jail beds. There are links in my nails. The pictures do not even touch on how bad my nails look."
