"I was excited to go here since it had good reviews on Groupon but when I got there, the everything was rushed. I got the hot stone massage which was supposed to be 20 minutes but really just 5 minutes and no pressure. On the website it says the regular massage is included however I got maybe a 1 minute quick massage on my hands. My nail Polish chipped in less than 3 days. She was also really rough on the nails when cleaning them. The worst part was I traveled for a hour just to come. Will not be returning nor recommending to others."

"A friend booked this salon on Groupon for me back in February. I've been calling 2-3 times a week for the past two weeks to book an appointment at the end of April and have never received a call back or a response to my email. I should not feel stress or tension trying to book a massage that's supposed to relieve tension. If you're not going to call customers back, don't say you will in your recording. Also add on of the DOZENS of free or low cost appointment setters to your website if you really dislike booking appointments that much. I understand you don't make much money off of Groupon deals but you've already taken our money for no services rendered and have no sense of urgency to provide great customer service to new clients who may be willing to become returning AND full price paying customers."

"Everything was great except when it came down to the nail polishing.... I didn't like how it came out and there wasn't a full nail coverage with the polish, so it didn't last no more than that one day. Other than that the massage was great and I actually prefer the massage over the hot stones. It was a fast mani and pedi but didn't feel like it was. All she needs to improve is the polishing and it would've been a 5 stars."

"This is a true boutique custom hand and foot sanctuary! This is NOT a quick in-out/ mani pedi factory ;) The answering machine did bother me at first, but leave a message! Erika called me back and scheduled me within the week. It was well worth it. My feet feel amazing. (She did honor the groupon I had)"

"They NEVER answer the phone & do not return calls in a timely manner making it nearly impossible to schedule an appointment. Will not book appointments via email and then not honor a groupon that expired because of their inability to schedule an appointment. I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was & when asked her name multiple times was given the response "Solo Haven" Very unprofessional."
