"I have been a regular customer for a while now and I would not complain if the job was not badly done. I got my color and highlights today and in the salon it looked good however when I came home I realized that I had left over black color in my forehead and my husband realized color on my neck too which is visible and I have a very important meeting on Monday. Not only that I have grey hair still showing when I flip through my hair(the whole point was to cover the grey), this looks like a first years job not a trained professional. I spent so much money on this but will not be coming back to your location and would like a full refund!"
