"First, their lack of sanitary practice should be reported to the State of GA. They never sanitize their tools. When I asked the nail tech about the tools that she was getting ready to use- she lied and said that they were "new" and the others she had just used were put away. Also, they will lie to you if you are a walk-in and are in need of service . They will ask you to come back later b/c there isn't anyone else there to service you- but there are others in the back having conversation amongst themselves. Also, after visiting this shop four months, I noticed that there are never any tools being sanitized and prepped for use . They wipe the tools with a cloth and re-use the plastic liners for the message pedicure chair. This is totally unacceptable as well as unsanitary. The State board of Cosmetology need to do an inspection."

"She was very nice but removed my gel nails with a grinder rather than soak then in acetone. They were ground so thin that they break off as they grow out. It will be months before they are back to full strength, if at all."

"I’ve been coming here for a few months and got different services so I could write a decent review. First off, acrylic removal. Do NOT get it done here. They don’t soak it off, instead they take a nail tip and pry them off your nails. Also, I don’t think the autoclave by the sink has been turned on in years. I didn’t see them put any tools in there. This is the main reason I won’t return. This past visit, the women took her tools out the drawer and wiped them off in alcohol instead of using sanitized tools. I had no idea they were that unsanitary. Second, the gel manicure is subpar for the price. $35 for them to put your hand in water for 2 mins, do 5 min worth of shaping and throw some polish on there. The polish job I received was lacking. I seriously should’ve just done it at home. It would’ve looked better. 3rd, the color selection is not good at all. I’ve asked for colors that constantly out and never get refilled. But it wasn’t all bad. The men do really good designs. I got some many compliments when they did my nails. So if you want good designs, make sure you choose one of the men. On the other hand, the women in the back on the right really needs to work on her craft. She is really bad at designs, even simple ones like lines or flowers made with the dotting tool. She’s done my nails twice in a row and asked who did them. And I said “you did”. She look in disbelief at how poorly she did and then again did a poor job at polishing. TLDR; place has some questionable sanitary practices. The men are really good at designs. The woman at the far back needs to practice nails more and probably needs to be put on doing just pedicures"

"I just visit this place last Friday the guy with the blonde hair is so rude and rough. He pulled and tugged and pushed on my hands and arms so rough. He also had a bad attitude , and the tips of my nails are already peeling and it's only been 4 days since I did them and my niece visit this place on Sunday and told me the same thing because who attended her it was the same guy with blonde hair and he’s so rude to her and he hit her hand so she wouldn't move it. I won't be back!!!"
