"I have always had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Silver Nails Salon. The shop is clean and modern. They have large spa chairs that recline and offer a full body massage. They also have large TV screens so you can watch a movie while getting your spa treatment of your choice. I have had manicures, pedicures, eyebrows shaped, and even my legs shaved. I definitely recommend this Salon to anyone. The owner is very personable and has always been very accommodating."

"This place has always been subpar to me but my elderly neighbor (87) liked it so I continued to take her. I feel it important to note that I had the worst pedicure I had ever gotten the time before and only agreed to get a pedicure yesterday because it was a Christmas present to me from my neighbor but after yesterday I finally have to leave a review. Yesterday she was treated so poorly and laughed at, it made me sick to my stomach. The water was scolding hot and when she told the nail technician, she was laughed at and her and my nail tech walked away. When they came back she said it was too hot again and the woman rolled her eyes and attempted to cool the water down. This happened back and forth for a bit and my elderly neighbor was struggling to keep putting her feet in and out of the water. I was hoping it was just because of the language barrier since the woman spoke no English but the nail technician was rough with her and had a horrible attitude the whole time. Both mine and my neighbors technician were visibly frustrated when we didn’t want nail polish, which is silly since it was included in the package and they weren’t losing any money by us not getting them painted. My neighbor had to go to the bathroom after her terrible pedicure and there was no paper towels in there so I asked for some, the lady looking annoyed grabbed some and handed them to me and didn’t even put them in the dispenser (said she didn’t know how) and there was no where to place them in the bathroom. I tried to go up front to pay and the lady wouldn’t let me and pointed for me to go stand by the bathroom as if I would leave the 87 year old woman alone if she couldn’t go to the bathroom by herself, so I went by the bathroom and the lady smugly pointed at my face and said “smile”. I also think it’s important to note that the woman who usually did my neighbors nails and had been so kind to her in the past wouldn’t acknowledge her at all this visit even when my neighbor tried to talk to her and this was distasteful to me, especially since she had always been tipped very well. We will never go back there and I would encourage anyone who is considering Silver Nails to drive down the street to Amapola Nails. We went there for my neighbors manicure for obvious reasons and they did an amazing job and were so kind and were also more reasonably priced. I sincerely don’t know how silver nails stays in business. DO NOT GO TO SILVER NAILS. There is a reason they have terrible reviews."

"Horrible service! Omg I could cry!! I’m so easy to please when it comes to nails because I like simple, neat, square shaped, gel manicures. Never knew anyone could Jack that up. I was extremely exhausted yesterday and needing my nails done for an event, so against my better judgment I went here bc it’s closer than my regular person. My intuition told me to leave when they couldn’t find ANY of the simple colors I selected. I just wanted a pretty pearl white and they couldn’t produce it or the next pick a soft pink. The tech cut my nails, didn’t ask my shape preference. I figured she’d keep with my old nail shape that she was redoing. I could tell when she was painting that it was going to be not the best but I was tired and ready to go. I paid and walked out only to feel my nails all sticky and saw lint getting on them. I walked back in and she realized she hadn’t put the top coat on them and cure it. Now today (not even 24 hours later) my nails look even worse. Save your money and go somewhere else. You would think someone in charge would’ve came over to try to salvage what they could but no one even tried to take over. They just kept letting her hack me up! She didn’t speak or understand English so it was difficult to even communicate. I will NEVER return. I literally can cry thinking about this!"

"My first time here & I am so happy to have found this salon!! Cherie was my technician & was so sweet! Her attention to detail and listening to what I was looking for made this an amazing experience! I was not sure of a color to choose and after telling her what I was looking for, we found the perfect color! My nails look so amazing even my boyfriend thought they were natural! The salon is beautiful, bright & clean! Many spa chairs and TVs mounted for easy entertainment! I found my favorite salon and I encourage you to check them out too!!"
