"$68 for the worst basic manicure and gel pedicure I’ve ever had. I’m new to the area and this is the closest salon to my house. I saw the low star ratings but read it was under new management with better reviews so I thought I’d try. I didn’t get the older lady technicians name, she was very nice. But incredibly rough and fast. Every nail she filed was painful. She slapped the polish on my fingers so fast that there are dents and brush marks on every single nail. My gel pedicure doesn’t even have polish on one toenail. At all. And there is definitely no option of a nice relaxing massage or hot towels, it was the equivalent of getting my nails done at the dentist. That lack of relaxation wouldn’t even bother me if the basic elements like even nail filing and smooth even coverage of polish were done. But I have jagged, rough, bumpy nails and I’m out $68."
