"$37 for the pedicure plus extra for gel polish. Boy, I sure did enjoy the "barely any pressure" 30-second massage! And certainly two strokes of the pumice was plently to smooth the bottom of my feet. While I do take good care of my feet, this couldn't have done anything. When I went to put my socks and shoes back on, the gel polish was soft and gummy. Obviously, it was not cured nearly long enough. It was a gooey mess!!! While the owner(?) did remove and redo the gel polish (at my insistence), that added 30 additional minutes to my visit, which I guess was ok considering how quick and rushed the actual pedicure was and even then, the polish still felt soft. Not relaxing. No pampering. Not enjoyable at all. Skip this place. There are plenty of other nail salons to patronize."
"I went to this location on Dec 21st for a pedicure before heading out on a trip. I was short on time so I did not go to my normal salon as this one is literally 5 minutes from my home. I’ve been twice before and did not like the service either times so it was a real gamble to go back. Boy did I regret it. The tech did not know what a square nail shape was, could not seem to understand how I wanted my nails painted (white with glitter tips for Christmas), barely scrubbed with the pumice stone, and could not paint to save her life. My toes looked like Mommy finger and Daddy finger puppets and I will just say my 4 year old daughter painted them! Now I have to grow them all the way out for them to be reshaped (I can’t stand long toenails). Another tech attempted to fix the debacle but there wasn’t much she could do at that point. I was livid but I do not make scenes. She discounted the service by charging me the base price of $37 for the pedi and apologized. The first tech should not be doing anybody’s nails period. I also called back looking for my AirPods (the salon was the last place I remembered having them - sad face) and the man that answered quickly said twice that they weren’t there after I described where I sat and hung up. Just rude. I will never go back and I caution others who choose to get serviced here. Pictures below"
"Not the best service, I felt rushed and not wanted to be taken care of. I simply changed my mind about getting acrylic instead of my real nails done and was basically told It was too late to change my mind because he didn’t want to get his tools. Eventually he just went and got them after I told him the cost adjustment wasn’t an issue. Overall I didn’t have a good experience."
"My mom, daughter and I came in Tom day for pedicures and these ladies did not disappoint! Definitely going to return!"
"This was my first visit to this salon. My mom, grandmother, and I were getting our nails done for my mother’s wedding. The place is nice. It was my first time getting French nails, and the guy who did them did fine. When it came to my pedicure however, I asked the lady if I could get it hotter because the water was barely lukewarm. At first she wanted to argue with me and said that the water was already hot. It took a few minutes of me arguing with her before she put more water in my bath, and even then it was just barely warm. Once it came to paint my nails I asked her for black with sparkles. When she was putting on the sparkles she tried to assume I only wanted my big toe with the sparkles instead of all of my toes because SHE thought it looked better that way. I only went along with it after my mom also thought that one toe was better than all of them being sparkly. The pedicure chairs aren’t the best either the vibrate but it feels like I’m sitting on a big phone going off, instead of feeling like a massage chair. The vibration was all in the bottom and not in the back. I also had to constantly cut the chair back on because it would go off after less than 10 minutes. I don’t know where they got these chairs but the need to go in the trash. The total for the 3 of us came to $310. We will never come back again! We told them when we walked in the door what we wanted and they took advantage by adding extra charges when asking us for stuff we originally wanted."
