"Every time I have went here my nails have never come out the way I have wanted them to. I went in today wanting a full set(acrylic) with an oval shape. The first nail she shaped and asked if I liked was an almond. So of course I said no I want oval. She did another nail and it still wasn’t right. It was more of a squoval shape. I said the more almond one was alright since she and the other worker were not understanding what shape I wanted. After she put on the acrylic and started shaping them again she was very harshly filing my nails. Most of the time it was dragging across my skin and hurt a lot. When she got to the second hand I couldn’t take it anymore since I had started bleeding on my ring finger. Needless to say I left without allowing them to finish."
