"It’s only been 6 days since I had SNS dip nails, and today TWO popped off. I expected better for $50 and TWO HOURS. I booked an appointment with Tina at 9:30, apparently she had another appointment at the same exact time. She put the other lady ahead of me and did her nails and did not even start on mine until 1030. The first and last time I will visit love nails."

"This place definitely deserves a five star. It was our first time. My daughter and her aunt got their nails done. The staff made the place feel more like a family gathering as opposed to a business. The place is very welcoming, clean, and beautifully laid out. The staff was very friendly and consistently demonstrated genuine interest and care for each person. They welcomed clients by name. They engaged in conversations to get to know their clients, such as asking about their day or their interests etc. They did an amazing job on the girls' nails, and apparently they are well known for their outstanding work even with detailed designs."
