If I were getting married - they would be doing EVERYBODY because then everybody would be beautifully styled and smiling. "Very pretty salon. My first visit I wasn’t told there would be a fee for my consultation to discuss options for my wedding. At my pre-wedding hair and makeup appointment the door was locked and no one was there. I called numerous times and left messages while at the front door. She finally called me. She said she overslept/phone was dead, had a volleyball meet and didn’t get in until late. I waited outside the salon until her daughter opened the door (about 1 hr). I Had to reschedule ultimately. She was late to my wedding. My hair fell down all night and the wedding planner was having to fix it all night and my granddaughters hair was didn’t set either. I so commend her for putting her children first, however having a business to run at the same time leaves your customers frustrated and disappointed. I’d ask for my money back but really don’t want to waist any more time."
