"I give a one star review only because of the rude person that answered the telephone @ 3:30 on 12/2/2023 I was wanting to make multiple appointments for waxing and nails and I asked what her name was and she would not even give it to me. Then she rudely called my phone back after seeing it on phone caller ID and talks to me horrific saying you mean to tell me you're a doctor and you thought the prices were too much and was being very argumentative with me. Then hangs up in my ear. I would not recommend this business for anyone!!!!! I hope the owner corrects this behavior for this established salon/spa business to stay successful."

"My mom and I went a few weeks ago and got manicures and pedicures and thought we’d try a different shop. Sharon who did our pedicure was phenomenal and was the only pleasant thing about our experience. The lady who did our nails on the other hand was terrible. She absolutely did not listen to what I wanted and I had to correct her multiple times. To begin with, I told her that I want dip with nail extensions and she started to apply the dip on my natural nail which were not even or shaped in any way. I had to ask multiple times that she shape them again after she finished applying dip. One of my nails broke after a week when I barely bumped it. When I took the nails off, they were extremely difficult and the product was gummy which I have never had happen to me before and I get my nails done regularly which makes me question the quality of the products used. I also have clear dents in my nails. She also just rushed through the entire process. I absolutely refuse to go back and would not recommend that anyone go there."
