"Very friendly staff. Did a great job repairing some small issues with a piece of luggage. One of the issues could not be guaranteed to last, not because of the staff’s competency, but because of the way the piece was manufactured. It wasn’t possible to get behind the exterior problem to properly sew it. So a pretty strong cement was used. So far, so good. Fair pricing."

The biggest repair was a boot that had completely lost its heel (whoops)...when I got it back and compared the two boots, I instantly forgot which heel had been broken (and still can't remember). "I love this place, Shannon and Ken are so friendly! The sole of my favorite work boots tore off at work and I had to duct tape it back on just to make it through the day. Mr. Ken took one look at me when I walked in and we both started to laugh. He said I wasn’t the first guy to use duct tape to make it to his shop. He put new soles by Vibram on both my shoes, and said I was good for another 100,000 miles. I love my old boots and their new tread"
