"What the hell is going on with inappropriate items getting put on the sales floor??!! This store also puts out ziplock bags of random tampons and maxi pads, and I've seen condoms for sale!!! What is going on with the employees in their production area who price this disgusting $hit!!@?? Employees are putting out literal trash and slapping price tags on it!! Empty baby food jars, candles that have been used up, destroyed books etc etc!!! Prices are increasing. The cashier Charles is rude. This is still my favorite GW within several miles, but I'm starting to enjoy it less and less as time passes. PHOTO ATTACHED Owner response:: NO I WILL NOT BE CONTACTING ANYONE!!! FIX IT YOURSELF!!!"
"The white man with a pony tail that works as a cashier is the rudest most unfriendliest person i’ve ever come across. the fact that he’s still employed there is enough to never come back. probably the worst goodwill you can go to because he is just so rude! i’ve been to this goodwill countless times everytime he rings me up he’s a jerk. i’m done coming here."
"Picked up a pair of boots for a Halloween costume for $10 and asked the cashier if there was a return policy because I was heading to Walmart for the rest of the costume. He says yes. Returned an hour later and the same guy and his manager says it doesn't apply to shoes and I should read the receipt. I didn't have a receipt until I bought the shoes. Hence why I asked."
"The cashier with the ponytail (receipt said his name was Charles) was EXTREMELY rude. Location is well put together, but customer service is bad enough to not return"
"Let me start off by saying my husband and I love having this Goodwill in our community but a lot of the cashiers there are just not friendly. Yesterday I had the worst customer service experience with one of the cashier named Daniel Ponder. He was the only cashier there and there was no line so I go up to the register and place my items on the counter. He doesn't say hello( he never does, I have been to his register over 7 times and he has never been friendly or welcoming to me or any of my family member, never bothered me though because I pay for my things and leave) and I go to put the cart away and I come back and not one of my item is rung up and he was also on his phone! So I ask him why has he not rung up anything and his response verbatim was "you are on your phone so I am on mine." His tone was so nasty and aggressive that I told him to call a manager because I truly thought this must be a joke. Before the manager got there I asked him if his manager knew that he was being disrespectful to customers by being on his phone instead of doing his job, he rudely replies "I can be on my phone to do anything like take notes, they know I am on my phone because they can see me on the camara." I have never experienced such bad customer! This guy should not be working at goodwill because I did not deserve such nastiness and neither does anyone. He should be fired because how can you work in customer service and be so nasty to people. My family and I go to this goodwill to support our community but we will not be going while he is there. Its clear he has a chip on his shoulder so he should not be working in customer service because customers deserve a polite cashier with a nice attitude. The manager was very apologetic but the cashier was not because he never was told to apologize and he also looked like he didn't care, so he must be used to treating customers like this. I appreciated the manager's apology but he should fired rude cashiers like Daniel because disrespecting customers should never be tolerated."
