"My daughter loves getting her hair cut at Pigtails & Crewcuts. She loves the fun chairs, the braids and gemstones, the kid friendly television shows and movies, and of course the treasure box! I love going there, because each stylist is super friendly and great with the kids, the service is fast, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend the Roswell location :)"

"This was a great experience for my toddler! Yes my son was nervous and crying and screaming but as soon as Ms. Michelle put the movie Cars on the tv my son calmed down. She even wiped his tears as she cut his hair. She took her time (all things considered with this client!) and was patient. It was easy to see the gentle temperament of the other hair stylists as well. My sons haircut is so cute and we will definitely be back."

"Emily did an incredible job cutting my daughter’s hair. It was her first haircut and Emily was patient and knew how to manage a toddler who moved her head a lot! She finished off our haircut with hair jewels that made my daughter’s day. We had a great experience and would recommend."

"The facility and staff are good, however we will not be returning ever again due to the rude owner. We made an appointment online and inadvertently booked the facility in Marietta (East Cobb); upon our arrival to the facility in Marietta (West Cobb) we were informed we booked the wrong place. At this time we called the other facility to inform them and the owner said we were going to get charged a cancellation fee next time we go to the East Cobb facility, since we were in the West Cobb facility we did not think much of it. Upon check out (West Cobb) the employee charged a cancellation fee twice for both the kids. In total we ended up paying $100 for two kids haircuts. The employee informed us that the owner from the East Cobb facility who happens to be the owner of the West Cobb facility told her to charge us two cancellation fees. Furthermore, in order to cancel an appointment you have to give 24 hour notice, but you can book an appointment the day off. We spoke to the owner and she was not willing to work with us. She was rude and said she charged fees to everyone who mistakenly books the wrong facility. I would understand if this was during the weekend or peak hours, however this was during the week and there was barely any customers. Makes me wonder how many other hardworking parents get jibbed for a simple mistake. This lady is making profit for services not rendered. FYI the cancellation fee is $30."

"The team is fantastic! They helped my threenager go from crying and screaming “no”, to laughing and begging to stay and play. His hair looks great, just how I asked, and this mom got a lovely fresh haircut too! They even very kindly helped coax 3yo to the car when he decided he wasn’t leaving. Yes the ambiance is fun, but what really makes the difference is that the team members here are just wonderful with kids. I’m so glad we gave them a try, we will definitely be back."
