"Had the worst experience with the owner yesterday. Came to pick up my two shoes and only have one back. Proceeded to tell me that because one pair was crossed out on her receipt, I must have picked up. She was very rude and dismissive. Told me to leave that she had wasted enough of her time and not to talk to anyone else. She proudly stated that she's the owner and I had no other recourse. I had used this establishment for years and was utterly shocked with her behavior. I called back today looking for my shoes... and guess what they had it. It had a double ticket on it. Their error. And was offered a store credit and apology from the son. I would boy use this business again. In the past I've sent my friends to use this establishment. If the customers understood the character of the owner or her level of disrespect, I wonder how many would continue to use. Don't go there!"

"Excellent high end work. I have brought several things to get repaired, including two 70+ year old leather products (boots and a briefcase). They took extremely good care to repair the bad damage while keeping the aged look and even removed years of mold damage. Very impressed with their skill and care. No one I’d rather go to than Trio."

"In an earlier review I gave this company five stars for customer service and regret it! They destroyed my shoes and gave me a full refund but they didn’t replace the shoes. I appreciated the refund too much and gave them a good review but recently they also destroyed a pair of shoes for my niece. They were expensive Jimmy Choos and when she began to cry they actually called her a “cry baby”. Unbelievable. Truly truly unbelievable. I wish there was video of this we could post."
