"I had a rather bad experience with another DSG store and needed some items I couldn’t wait for. I went to the Dunwoody location and was greeted by Khalif, one of the shoe associates I believe. He was great help, courteous and very respectful. He helped me find multiple running accessories with no hesitation, helped me find the right shoe as well. If every associate at DSG could be like Khalif, there would never be an issue! Please look for Khalif when at the location!"

"Worthless all around. Fitting rooms always locked. You have to wait 10 minutes for an employee (if one is available) to unlock the door. Typically there is a long line at the register with one employee working. Most of the employees are not very knowledgeable and spend minimal effort to assist."

"Twice been in where they have a line 10 people deep and refuse to send up anyone to help on the front register. Cashiers there and just walk away. Seems fine early in the morning before it gets busy."

"Poor service. Came to string my tennis racquet and a lady with attitude pulled out a form to fill and walked away. Absolutely disrespectful. I asked what strings do they have, when I can get it strung, etc and she ignored me completely and then rolled her eyes and pointed at a section and said buy strings from there and bring here. And she walked away again. Horrible service. They don't know what they're doing."
