"Good deal on clothing for reasonable price that won't hurt your pocket. Stays busy and crowded a lot. Sorry that they have a lot of stealing out of there that they can't even keep up with it."
"It's bad enough when the Miami Beach, FL forgot to take off the magnetic strip off my wife's clothing, it's another when this location takes 15 minutes to get the manager to interrogate me to describe the clothing their employee took the tag off, when the clothing was right behind the desk in the bag. The employee explained to me that the item wasn't on the receipt. So, when I described the piece of clothing to the manager, she presented a disrespectful tone, where I even offered to look up the item via my card I purchased it from or to look at their cameras that showed we brought the clothing into the store. It's one thing when you bring clothing back for having one of Zara's store in Miami Beach, FL forget to take the magnetic sensor off, it's another when you go to another Zara in Atlanta, GA and be treated like a criminal. I would appreciate it if corporate would get involved and look into this. 09/30/2023 @ 19:00 to 19:30 EDT. Thank you."
"Horrible customer service. There are no sales associates on the sales floor to help customers, so everyone is asking everyone else if they work here. There is only 1 cashier in the entire store, and the line is 40 people long. The cashier was very professional, given the situation. The wait time to checkout is 30+ minutes. When the manager finally showed up, she listened blankly and gave no valid reason why she was not on the register. I left and came back to return some items because the experience made me re-evaluate my purchases."
"Clothes is worth for 5 star, but the customer service is not even 1. After view all the reviews, I realized what happened to me is not surprisingly. A cashier with unhappy face, no greeting, slow, was trying to teach me how to be a good customer because I put the money on the counter instead of put it on her hand. She said “ you are rude” making me thought I threw the money on her face! How satiric it is! It was bad enough to wait for so long time to check out, even more I was told “rude” from a cashier. Now I know the management is not care about customers, I will never give any business here. No here, no online, Bye Zara!"
"Today, I had the worst retail experience ever! I will never shop at the Zara at Lenox Mall in Atlanta, Georgia. After working all day on Saturday, I left my job in Midtown Atlanta around 7:15 pm headed to the Zara at Lenox Mall. I needed to purchase a gift card for my best friend's birthday dinner the following day. Zara is one of her favorite stores and you can only purchase their gift cards inside their stores. I attempted to enter the store at 7:45 and the young guy that appeared to be a security guard advised that they were closed. I informed him that their store hours posted were 10:00 am EST till 8:00 pm EST. I still had 15 minutes to make a purchase and I was going straight to their cash register to purchase a gift card. The security guard advised that they didn't sell gift cards at their location. I replied back that I had purchased gift cards from this location on numerous occasions. We went back and forth until he finally allowed me inside the store. Other customers tried entering the store but he repeatedly said we're closed. I stood in line and finally made my purchase of a gift card at 7:55 pm EST. Both cashiers apologized for the security guard's behavior and said he had another encounter earlier with another customer. As I was leaving the store, the security guard tells me that I need to thank him for allowing me to come into their store to make a purchase. His comments and behavior left me in disbelief. Not only will I never shop there again, I'm going to share my experience with others so that they are aware of the type of people they employ."
