"I got pierced at this location a little bit ago, I was told I needed to come back for a change in length size (without needing an appointment I was told I can come in and get it done) and I don't live close by, however I was there yesterday for lunch so I stopped in because my piercing has been hurting me / getting caught on my mask when taking it off (I work in a hospital). When I came in asking for help explaining what I needed there was a very rude blonde lady in a bun that was not helpful in the least bit. I asked for guidance in changing it myself because it is causing me a great amount of pain and she still was no help with very short rude answers. Everyone in the store was taken back by her attitude especially my friends with me and they left saying that experience would never make them come here to get pierced and I think I can say the same now…poor customer service, with not a care to help come up with a resolution."

"We made our appointment online and walked in about 10 minutes prior. We were greeted warmly by the staff and introduced to our piercer, Stephanie. Entire process from top to bottom was quick and easy, and Stephanie did a great job explaining each step thoroughly to my 10 year old daughter and making sure she understood what was going to happen/how she needed to care for her piercing. Great selection of jewelry in prices for all budgets. As a side note, this location is cashless, so be aware of that if that matters to you."
