"I bought shoes at the Sperry store at North Georgia outlets on 9/18/23, around noon. There were two employees in the store at the time and they were very helpful. I wanted to use gift cards for the purchase and it was difficult for the payments to go through. But, the staff was very patient, tried the cards multiple times and kept trying everything they could to help me use the gift cards. They were non-store gift cards and they were not working as expected but the both the gentleman and the lady were kind and patient enough to help me. Thanks for the excellent customer service!! Strongly recommend this store, esp for customer service!!"

"I bought all different kinds of rain boots and every last pair my feet got wet, so I decided to buy Sperry because I heard they was the best, wrong. Now I work outside and only wear them when it rains other than that they are in my locker. I can't remember when I bought them but it hasn't been a year yet but very disappointed. Took pictures of the boots I have and my feet showing my toes are wet."
