"Gracie at Zumiez North GA Premium outlet was great. I went in on June 10th to use their bearing press to install some bearings in extremely difficult quad skate wheels. Gracie was very helpful and went out of her way. She seems to enjoy Zumiez and all things skateboarding.. Her product knowledge of skateboards helps with other needs such as quad or inline skating. "I went in to buy a longboard for the first time in years, and the store manager was there and helped me out. He pulled down like, every board they had and laid them out for me. He brought out a board that he said was his favorite, and I LOVED it. It was a little over my budget, which I explained, and he said “oh no problem, we can make it work.” So I was like ???? The employee ended up reducing the price so I could afford it.... I don’t think I’ve ever had someone in retail do that for me. I’m still honestly so thankful he did that for me, I love my new board! On top of that, he was just a super nice dude and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing a lot about boards. I wish I could’ve gotten his name, but thanks, man!"
