"Worst customer service ever. When we walked in, it wasn’t very busy. We patiently waited with two pairs of shoes in my hands to try on but after a few minutes my mom has to go to the counter and ask to try them on since none of the employees had bothered to help. After bringing us the shoes they acted like we didn’t even exist. My mom and I struggled to put on the shoes we tried but the employees just stood at the counter talking. I would understand if it was busy and they weren’t able to help but we were the only ones in the store that night. I felt very disrespected and am glad I didn’t like the boots. I wouldn’t have spent money in a store where the employees wouldn’t give me the time of day."

"I looked online e for a specific pair of boots and size, it showed in-store availability at your store. After driving there, was told that there were boxes of them delivered but not keyed into the system so couldn't sell them until a manager did it. No managers available. Next day I called to ask if the specific boot and specific size was keyed in and ready for sale.. the girl on the phone said yes. I made another drive to get them just to told the shipment didnt contain the size I was looking for. I said I had just called but the girl there just said sorry. Two trips too many!!! Never again"

"first of all my husband and I was the only customers in the store plus 3 sales associates. We bought two pairs of the same shoe and when I got home I had 2 different size shoes!! It’s frustrating that I don’t live in area now I have to drive around and hope another journeys has my size in that shoe and are willing to give me just 1 shoe!!!!I’m still mad just thinking about it you had one job DO BETTER"
