"I wanted to buy one of the products exposed in one of the manikins, but one of the employees told me it was impossible for me to get it since it was out of stock. Then the other employee heard the conversation and came to help me get it. I also had to queue in the line twice, the first time to ask for help (since nobody was attending employees questions) and the second for buying the product. Overall it was not a great experience."

"Why have 5 employees for an empty store when none of them can even do their job properly. I ask for a fitting room and am told to find a different employee. I ask to checkout and am told “it’s over there”. I know where it is, there’s nobody there. Worst and weirdest Victoria secret I’ve ever been in."

When I purchased an item recently the cashier forgot to take off the security tag so I had to come back. 3 days later when I was returning an item now with a different cashier her demeanor was ignorant and unprofessional. I will never visit this location again!"
