Publix Super Market at Highland Station

"I had a very bad experience at this publix tonight I love publix and I feel terrible how I was treated. I had a return and the two ladies and a manager could not issue a refund in form of store credit because I did not have a receipt. All the publix do that and it is on the return policy. I am a club publix member and they could have looked even when I asked them. The manager said to me none of the publix takes returns without receipt but I drove to another publix and they did. I was even approached by the police who stands at the door and started talking to me how they cannot take the return. What a smart way of trying to threaten a customer. It is a big shame to publix how these employees chose to treat me."

"This is a great Publix! Always very clean and nice staff. Carts are always stocked up and I LOVE that this Publix has self checkout. This Publix is close to my office, the one by my house does not have self checkout. While I really like that on the whole Publix always plenty of lines open and very happy people checking you out, sometimes it’s nice to have the self checkout for quick run in and grab trips."
