"Shopping here is a pleasure, unless you’re filling your prescriptions at the pharmacy. My DR called in my prescriptions and left a message, 30 minutes later I went to the pharmacy to see about picking them up - the pharmacist hadn’t listened to the message yet. I was told it would be around 20 minutes for my prescriptions to be filled. I waited an hour and then left. The people behind the counter just stared at me while I waited. I called the next morning to be told that only 1 of my prescriptions would be filled. The communication is awful. They do not respect your time. Get your prescriptions filled somewhere else."
"We've been going to the pharmacy for years. They are very professional and thorough in the services they provide. They will always go out of their way to let us know of any issues with cost or if the manufacturer of a particular medication has changed. I highly recommend them!"
"Overall, this is a pretty good Publix. Always clean and stocked and staffed as best they can given the current COVID19 issues. My only issue is a couple employees who make me uncomfortable. One is a young man who works in the deli who asks waaaay too many way too personal questions. I avoid the deli if I see him. The other is an older woman who seems to be a front service clerk in charge of wiping down pin pads and such between customers. I also try to avoid her as every interaction she gets very much into my personal space to wipes things down before I use them, but the purpose seems defeated when she’s basically within a foot of me the whole time. She also gets upset every time I refuse the offer to wipe the pin pad down and/or ask her to take a few steps back from my personal space. But, overall everyone is pretty nice. Especially the grocery team and Tina in the deli. I LOVE her. She’s amazing."
