"Today as a continual customer, I went to get haircut. The owner wasn’t there but a boy he hired was. So, I went in and waited to be cut (I was 3rd In line). I sat further down due to the COVID and didn’t want to sit near the other person waiting. So, After 25 minutes, when I became 2nd in line, another customer came in . They started chatting, and the boy said that he was the only one in. Then the guy asked him if he was next in line and the boy said “yes I got you next”. He literally skipped me, pretending like I wasn’t there. I was frustrated. But, instead of saying something I decided to walk out and leave this review. Again, this is not about the owner, but the young man he hired. Poor customer service, didn’t even say anything to me when I came in. I sadly will no longer be getting my haircut here but I hope the owner hires someone who can demonstrate better customer service."
