"Staff not helpful at all. I came in on Friday around 6:30 and asked about parts that should have been dropped off to that location. I asked both employees working in the store and explained the situation and both claimed they had no idea what I was talking about. I drove around looking for the parts to find out that they were in the store the entire time. Waste of time."

"AutoZone is a fairly decent business. However maybe it's lack of training or management or a little bit of both. But I believe if they focused a little hard on the customer experience it would be a better experience. Whoever monitors their google page took the time out to figure out what the issue was and that shows concern for the customer. I will be revisiting the store in the future to see if improvement were made."
