"While I didn't have the person Luis cut my hair all the reviews speak so highly of, I on the other hand received one of the worst haircuts I have ever. A simple flat top turned into over a hour of blow-dry, clippers, scissors, razor combs and at the end of it the person just grabbed a jar of super hold paste and matted the uneven way too long mess down. Once washed out the middle of my hair looks as if it's going thru chemotherapy and the neckline is crooked plus along with the sides looking like a porcupine in the hairline. If I didn't spend 40 buck I'd just shave it off. Ridiculous"
