"I have “complicated” hair. It’s thin, frizzy and I don’t have a ton of it so going to the salon has never been something I look forward to. My hair is naturally curly and although I prefer wearing it straight, I have made peace with it and found a short style that I like. All this to say that I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut and colored by Mimi at Bio Aveda salon recently and was so impressed with her process. She listened, asked questions throughout and made me feel at ease with her gentle way. She took great care in styling my hair as well. So very happy I found her."

"Ok I went in to get just a few more blonde highlights(pic 1) and after 7 hours one day (pic 2) and 3 hours the next day (pic 3) and paying $200 for damaged hair that isn’t the color I wanted plus a burned scalp I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Instead of listening to what I wanted they went by what I had done last time which was having a little red in my hair. I was over charged then also )$300. Yet this time I said I want to keep my color just highlights on top of blonde. I’m pissed."

"I've tried other salons but always end up back at BiO. I simply book with whoever is available and honestly, it has been a positive experience each time! Travis, Myth, Mimi and the other stylists are talented, sweet and friendly. However, I have to give extra kudos to Mimi and Tiffany for their phenomenal customer service during a recent visit! When I booked the appointment online for my teen, I was naive about the lengthy amount of time required for a vivid color service (note to self: next time, book a morning appointment for vivid color!!) Despite my scheduling mistake, Mimi and Tiffany were patient, kind and pleasant. They even worked late and made sure my kid was happy with the end result - which btw, looked AMAZING. Mimi is truly an artist. Overall, I highly recommend BiO Salon!"
