"I had a negative experience with a barber during a phone inquiry. The barber was rude and hung up on me. When I called back, she simply said, "I'm busy, bye." This lack of customer service makes me hesitant to visit the shop."
"The facility is OK and the staff is adequate, but when you check out they add $.99 to the charge for the use of a credit card. I have not seen where that policy is posted. Some gas stations utilize that tactic, but I didn't think barbershops were in the same league as oil companies. It took a few charges before I realized they were doing this and I was surprised by it."

But it you want the ultimate customer service and best barber in the business to cut your hair you probably need to call ahead and make a appointment for Yuri he is probably the most professional barber ever. He treats everyone with a lot of respect no matter your age. And he is also off on Thursday and sunday but definitely worth the wait for a great hair cut! Also these cut may take a extra few minutes because he make the total experience perfect"
"My son sees Yuri Jr. there and is very happy. Yuri always makes sure he looks good and my son won't see anyone else. While my son might still be a bit too young, I see the way Yuri treats him with the same respect he treats any adult client and it makes me happy to see."
