"My son had a great experience here. The stylist was super friendly and made him smile a lot! The only concern I had was the wait times. I checked in and arrived a few minutes before my expected wait time, but when I had arrived it had my wait time of more than 30 more minutes. I didn't quite understand and still don't. They said you have to check in once you get in the store in order for it to count, but it makes no sense since my son's name was on the board when I arrived, clearly showing I had checked in beforehand. Other than that, it's a very clean and welcoming environment."

"Ive been to sports clips b4, generally decent service ok haircut nice shampoo and towel. this one tho the woman was annoyed with me not knowing exactly what haircut i wanted a 1 or a 2 stuff like that. tried to make me feel dumb for not knowing. she cut sides down and asked me to look. i needed to put my glasses back on and still trying to be cordial said something about my eyesight being bad and she said yatayatyata. i left. mb the other stylists are better there but if u go there and see a woman who exudes attitude i would wait for a different stylist."
