"She left my color on too long, it's terrible. My cut is uneven, and she cut my hair without a smock, so my shirt was soaked, and I was covered with hair trimmings. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this person for any service. Your response to my review is as cheap and classless as your salon and your service. The other customer you referred to as being disgusted was fully engaged in a conversation regarding menopause because we were both over 50, and you had no control over the temperature in your cheap salon, and it was sweltering. Furthermore, you removed the smock because you said it had color on it, but it was really because you were trying to pack up and leave the salon as quickly as you could. I gather from your response that lying is as much a part of your service as the terrible cut and color. Btw - the groupon was not 29.00, but if it had been, it still would have been too much for the service you provided."

"Before I went to Jacqueline Char Salon I had brittle dry hair. My friend recommended I go see Char. Char did an excellent job on my hair, I did have a hard time getting in because she was booked, but she is the Best. Char cared about my request and I left the salon with soft beautiful New Red Hair. I recommend you get the Keratin. It was a Great experience."

"RIPOFF!!! I purchased a prepaid voucher for a haircut and blow out with a value of $110. First of all, Char rescheduled my appointment twice. The second time she rescheduled, she called 22 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. When I finally arrived at her salon, she told me I had to pay her an ADDITIONAL $25 by cash or check before she would render the services I already paid for. When I showed her the voucher and pointed to the terms, she didn't care. End of the story, she refused to render services I had already paid for. Please DON'T GO! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!"
